How do I place a my order?
You can contact us by phone by dialing (888) 881-SERA (7372). From Monday - Saturday 5:00 P.m. - 10:00 p.m. Sundays Closed. Or you can place your order online.
What delivery methods do you provide for Cakes?
Delivery is available for cakes up to 20 miles from Chino Hills, CA 91709. Use Yahoo Maps to determine your distance from our location. Beyond distance delivery will be charge at $2 per mile one way.
I live out of state or area, but I want to purchase a cake as a suprise or party for someone, can I purchase and have it delivered.
Yes You May. Please check delivery distance on Yahoo Maps. Please make sure to calculate distance. Delivery beyond 20 miles will be charge at $2 per mile one way. Payment must be made before delivery.
Do you have an order minimum for delivery?
Yes, Your order must total out to $40 or more for free delivery.
My order is less that $40, can I still order and have it delivered?
Yes, There will be a delivery charge of $10. (You are better off ordering $40)
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, PayPal (Online only). We do not accept Checks or Money Orders.
Will you sell my personal information?
No, as much as you hate advertisement from unknown spammers, you can trust we would never release any of your personal information. Your personal information remains in our secure server, accessible only to our employees for the purpose of fulfilling your order requests and customer service.
Where can I find the prices of your cakes?
All of our basic custom cake prices are listed as you place your order. Just follow the order process.
Do you sell wedding cakes?
We do offer wedding cakes. Please give us a call and we will discuss your ideas and see where we can go. (888) 881-SERA.

Do you ship cakes?
Sorry, although we do get numerous requests to ship cakes to other states, it is just not possible.
Do you have a printed catalog of your cakes?
No, We do not have a printed catalog. Each cake is customized speacial to the like of each personal request. You may view our cake gallery located on the left side of this page.
Do you offer an affiliate program?
